Can I charge the bill to my room?
Our systems are unfortunately unable to connect with the hotel’s systems. We therefore kindly ask you to settle the bill directly when leaving the restaurant.
Can I reserve a table?
We don’t take reservations. Everyone is more than welcome, and we’ll always do our best to find a spot for you.
Do you sell day passes?
The rental of beach beds and day passes is managed by the resort. We take care of the food & beverage service on the beach. For reservations, please click here, call or WhatsApp +599 715 5000, or send an email to frontoffice@delfinsbeachresort.com.
We do, however, offer cabanas for rent at our restaurant Roast Tropicana.
Do you serve breakfast?
We don’t serve breakfast. For breakfast, you can visit Brass Boer. We’re open from 9:00 AM for a delicious cup of coffee, and our kitchen opens at 12:00 PM.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept most major credit and debit cards.
Are pets allowed?
As Tropicana is part of Delfins Beach Resort, we follow the resort’s guidelines regarding pets.

We do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements. Please make sure to inform our staff in advance.
Do you have vegetarian dishes?
Absolutely! There are plenty of delicious options to choose from if you’re vegetarian. You’ll find several vegetarian dishes on our menu.
How much does it cost to rent a cabana?
Our cabanas are suitable for two people and can be reserved for $75 per day. Your reservation includes a bottle of water, beach towels, a fresh smoothie and our Kunukero Magazine, so you can enjoy a relaxing day by the sea without a worry.

Is Roast Tropicana suitable for children?
Yes, Roast Tropicana is a welcoming and informal spot where families are more than welcome. We also have special kids’ meals on the menu for our youngest guests.
