As a chef de partie, you’ll be responsible for your own section, ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen with exceptional care and quality. You stay calm and organized during service, work efficiently, and support your colleagues whenever needed. You have experience as a chef de partie, or you’re an experienced independent cook ready to take the next step in your career. You’re flexible, enjoy working as part of a team, and contribute to the relaxed yet professional atmosphere that Tropicana is known for.
