General questions
Can I charge the bill to my room?
No. Our systems are not connected to the hotel’s systems, so we kindly ask you to pay directly when leaving the restaurant.
Can I reserve a table?
No, we do not take reservations. Everyone is very welcome, and we always do our best to find a table for everyone.
Do you sell day passes?
Beach bed rentals and day passes are managed by the resort. We provide the food & beverage service on the beach. For reservations, please visit [link], call or WhatsApp +599 715 5000, or email frontoffice@delfinsbeachresort.com.
We do, however, rent cabanas at our restaurant The Roast: Cabanas – Roast Tropicana.
Do you serve breakfast?
No. For breakfast, you can visit Brass Boer or Kólo. We are open from 9:00 AM for a good coffee or cocktail, and our kitchen opens at 12:00 PM.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept most major credit cards and debit cards.
Are pets allowed?
Please follow the resort’s guidelines regarding pets.
Club Tropicana
What are Club Tropicana’s opening hours?
Club Tropicana is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. On Sundays, we are open exclusively to resort guests.
What time does the campfire start?
The campfire starts at 8:30 PM. We recommend arriving a little earlier to find a nice spot. If you would also like to have dinner, we recommend arriving before 7:00 PM.
Does the campfire always take place?
In case of bad weather, the campfire may be adjusted or cancelled. And if Jeroen is on vacation, there will be no campfire at all.
Is Club Tropicana suitable for children?
Yes, Club Tropicana is a relaxed and informal place where families are very welcome.
Can you swim at Tropicana?
Yes. Visitors who are not staying at the resort can swim in the sea, which is easily accessible via the pier. The swimming pool is exclusively for resort guests.
Do you have to be a resort guest to eat or drink here?
No, everyone is very welcome! The only exception is Sunday, when the resort is exclusively open to resort guests.
Can I come just for a drink?
Absolutely. You are more than welcome to stop by for a drink without having lunch or dinner.
Can you accommodate large groups?
Absolutely!

Yes, our menu includes several vegetarian dishes.
