Behind the scenes, you’ll make sure everything related to our colleagues runs smoothly. From HR administration to onboarding new team members, you’ll play a key role in our organization and help make every new colleague feel welcome from day one. You’ll also support various financial and administrative tasks on Bonaire, helping ensure that our head office in the Netherlands has all the information needed to keep the administration accurate and up to date.

A position of 28 to 36 hours per week within an enthusiastic and professional team on Bonaire. You’ll have a varied role with plenty of responsibility, working closely with colleagues on Bonaire as well as with our head office in the Netherlands. No two days are the same, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself in a dynamic working environment.
Your profile
Does this sound like you?
You’re well-organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting people.
You’re reliable, communicative, and know how to keep an overview, even when managing multiple tasks. Your role includes preparing employment contracts and HR documentation, coordinating the onboarding of new colleagues, and acting as the first point of contact for HR-related questions. You’ll also manage HR administration, process sick leave, vacation requests, and other personnel changes, while supporting workforce planning and time registration. In addition, you’ll provide the monthly payroll updates and assist with various administrative and financial tasks on location. You’re proactive, able to switch easily between different responsibilities, and enjoy contributing to a workplace where colleagues feel welcome and supported.
