The Carribean Christmas Roast

Celebrate Christmas Caribbean-style at Roast Tropicana.

On Friday, December 25, join us for a festive evening by the beach, with great food, live music and, of course, the barbecue fired up.

Enjoy a four-course menu inspired by Caribbean cuisine. Watch as each dish is prepared fresh on the barbecue, while live music sets the mood for the evening.
